add example solidstart+vite

Hi there! I was trying out the lib with Solidstart and got a demo working, since there was no example for that framework I'm adding it here.

I wasn't sure if it was correct to just call it "SolidStart" or "SolidStart + Vite", since Vite isn't optional with SolidStart... but since it does use Vite under the hood, I preferred to follow the other examples and just say it uses Vite.
