[Feature Request] change the color of the ram usage when exceeds the out-of-memory (oomd) threshold

Hi, thanks for the nice extension, which easily replaced the "system-monitor" extension.

As a feature request, it would be cool to have functionality that reads the "ManagedOOMMemoryPressureLimit" or a user-defined threshold. Based on this threshold, it changes the color (e.g., red) of the memory usage to indicate the RAM pressure.
