Unknown PES extension header type: 3

For some TiVo shows I'm getting the following error from KMTTG, presumably from its use of tivolibre:

Unknown PES extension header type: 3

This results in an unusable video file.

A year later, but for posterity, use tivodecode-ng instead of the built-in tivolibre
