Create Dtella Webpage

A webpage for the current project is required that explains how it is different from the other versions of dtella that are there and listing out all the improvements and drawbacks as well.

I think we might be able to combine this under the documentation issue, if that's okay with everyone. Alternatively we can use Issue #7 as the parent issue and do the specific work here.
