Looking back at it months later - it wasn't my best explanation 😄 I think I've covered it in the related PR.
Suppression should be possible directly in a script and at current-level only. What if you only want to ignore the usage of e.g. `Write-Host` called at the start or end...

Hi @adityapatwardhan . Any ETA on review? Would be great it this would make 7.4 as LTS releases are deployed in enterprises.
Fixed by #1917, @SeeminglyScience? Should only read files once + on change now. And we can't affect VSCode-searching in general, right?
