Shortcut to hold clipboard screen like win+ctrl+c (color filter shortcut) instead of long pressing Ctrl+C for reviewing

I can see this being useful since a way to keep the overlay open isn't a bad idea especially for some users and use cases. Especially if more action items are implemented which would benefit from this.

Control + Shift + V is a no-go because of clean formatting, and I think Control should be involved, right? So Control + Win or Control + Alt both might work.

Maybe this is part of #28 and just letting users define it themselves?
