Add contribution guidelines
We should add contribution guidelines to GitHub to make it easier for others to help in. We should also start flagging posts with "Help wanted" or "Easy first task".
Yes, that would be great. Which would be different for someone else who does not have a Contributor role.
But it would be nice if there is just a simple guide that you can/need to install VS GitHub extension. How to get it checked out, then you already should have made a fork I guess, how to do a code edit, commit and sync it, and how to get it into a PR.
Maybe something should be done to get the PR things into the changelog.
Well knowing enough to know that there's a wide spectrum of difficulty to some of these issues, maybe eg "difficult" is desire for brainstorming and problem solving etc, and "help-wanted" could be something more entry level that more people can help with to take stuff off your plate?
