Add a setup wizard

The setup wizard should use a settings control to configure Shapeshifter before launch, and also point to a specific place where the settings can be adjusted (in case it should be needed).

I started working on this - currently working on a color picker for the initial setup.

@ffMathy Would this make installation issues better or worse? If they'll help, or at least not make them worse, should probably prioritize this instead of putting energy towards silent installs etc which I think are sub-optimal in most cases.

Wouldn't make the installation issues better or worse, and neither would an installer. The stuff that's going on is far more complex. It has to do with antivirus software and certificate issues on some machines. The other issues will look into that.

Give the system some time to mature. I still strongly believe an embedded installation is the right thing to do 👼
