State of hatop?
@feurix Is this project dead? If so I'd volunteer to take ownership of it. There's at least one useful active PR (#7 for Python 3 support) and a couple of the issues could use some love as well, but the last (code) activity is over 4 years ago.
I see you're also the maintainer of the Debian package, and I'm not sure what other distros this tool is in, but I suppose those would come with the territory.
I use hatop almost daily and find it incredibly useful, and I'm certain I'm not alone there!
@joshuaboniface, having heard nothing from @feurix for quite a while now, I've gone ahead and forked this over at https://github.com/jhunt/hatop, where I have merged #7, and intend to continue maintenance for the foreseeable future.
Hey folks,
I no longer have the time to maintain hatop.
If anyone is interested, please go ahead and fork.
The Debian and FreeBSD packages would need new owners as well. I'm happy to approve any takeover requests, just loop me in by responding to this thread for public record.
Thanks, John
I would be more than happy to take over maintainership of the Debian / FreeBSD packages as well.
Would it be possible to get a small blurb at the top of the README directing people to https://github.com/jhunt/hatop?
