Warning if flashcard is duplicated

Even better, when importing a csv file, only add new cards and ignore duplicates

csv import of Cyrillic characters breaks encoding

tested yesterday and still can reproduce the same issue exactly the same. the bug persists. file is utf-8 according to `file -i`.
