Cookiecutter for AEA projects

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently, the preferred way to create an AEA project is to use the aea CLI tool. However, it stills require some knowledge on how to actually use it.

Describe the solution you'd like Use Cookiecutter tool to generate an AEA project from a Cookiecutter template.

This would cool, there a a number of things I seem to use alot. http_server soef search etc etc
