How to save the local configutation [config.toml] in Windows

How do I save the connection information locally on Windows, otherwise I have to re-enter the connection information every time.

On Windows I can't find where the file config.toml is located.

I downloaded the Windows packaged file from the release page.

If you start it from a terminal it should print out a warning with the expected config filepath
