@DamianBis 0.9.10 (in beta for a tiny bit longer) will return the exit codes from the packages - https://github.com/chocolatey/choco/issues/512. This can be the queue to reboot. 👍
One of the .NET 4.x packages, likely 4.5.2 or 4.6 require reboots.

Pushing this out a bit - it's a good feature, but requires a lot of working parts to change.
Bigger discussion - .NET 4.6 and 4.6.1 may be side by side installs.
