Support for DockRotate

Added ModuleDockRotate to exempt module list.

that's why I sugested the IKJRaware interface... if this would be added to the project (see my pull request), then you could simply implement this interface in your modules and KJR ignores your modules... without the need to modify KJR for every new mod with this problem
