Video not visible for some users using android

Version of package -> simple-peer: ^9.11.0

OS : Android in Mobile, Node Version : v14.17.3, and npm version : 7.20.0

Video and audio is not connected for some users and for some users video and audio is connected using android os using chrome browser. Not able to find what might be the exact issue, also i have implemented by own COTURN server still issue is coming for some users. Please help if anyone has the solution.
