I think that this is a good approach forward. While I did like Browserify, the avalanche have started and it's too late for the pebbles to vote, the ecosystem is shifting to ESM which also is the "native" module system for browsers. Also, you can get support via either esmify or babelify...

That being said, if you (@feross) think it's to early to switch I don't have a too strong opinion on this ☺️
