CMakeLists: use MATCHES for Clang

New CMake uses AppleClang as an ID for Xcode clangs. Therefore, use MATCHES instead of STREQUAL.

Right. This happens when CMP0025 is set to NEW. MacPorts sets this to NEW by default.
