Support for mixed reality controllers (windows-motion-controls)

I believe it's already the case since it's working on Apainter but somehow no controllers are shown in the example.

I'm running into the same problem. I'm not sure if the issue is coming from aframe-teleport-controls or from the input mapping component. Both Apainter & The hall VR samples both work with windows-motion-controllers, but I suspect they use an older version of this component.

Did some more digging... windows-motion-controls + teleport works with aframe commit #aa76fb0, anything later doesn't. Not sure why...
