[Feature] WCAG-adjustments should not be warnings

We're getting a warning that the contrast ratio will be adjusted for WCAG AA and WCAG AAA.

       The contrast ratio between the accent color and the background color for light mode is 3.84:1. Fern will adjust the color to meet the minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1 for WCAG AA and 7:1 for WCAG AAA.

To make sure I'm understanding correctly- fern will generally not change the accent color except when the user has opted in to extra accessibility (AA or AAA)?

If yes - I think this should not be a warning. It's a cool fern feature but the warning makes it feel like I'm doing something wrong. (We're trying to keep our warnings at 0).
