[Feature] Making tables sortable in Fern Docs

Problem description

We are using tables a few places in our docs. Here is one of them. In this particular case, the table is sorted alphabetically to make risk factors easy to find, but I could easily see a user wanting to sort by Severity or Category if they wanted to get a sense of other risks at the same level of the one they are investigating, or of a similar catagory.

Why would it be useful?

Would make it easier to find things in a table.

Describe the solution (optional)

Ideally, you could click a column header to turn on sorting for that column, and then click it again for reverse sorting by that column.

Additional context

Would also be nice to be able to search a table or column, so if you are evaluating existing tools to add this feature, I would keep that in mind.
