plan for moving forward with key value interfaces

Spin 3.0 continues support for spin key value and adds support for wasi key value.

As wasi key value matures, we'll want to eventually drop support for spin key value and replace it with wasi key value. How should we go about doing that?

Given that wasi-keyvalue is only in Phase 2 at the moment, this feels to me too far away to be planning for right now.
