docs(*): redirect to fermyon developer site; remove old docs content
- Update the www.fermyon.dev website to redirect to https://developer.fermyon.com (https://github.com/fermyon/installer/commit/fce25ea5db81710c961ce6acb4933cbefe23d735)
- Remove the older docs content (https://github.com/fermyon/installer/commit/70632a682ad9853a9ff592310040c80dde7d7968)
✅ Redirect looks good
I'm not sure about the removing the /docs content commit though - this will erase the only instance of docs for the Platform for Nomad?

Documentation remains in the form of READMEs, from the top-level to scenario guides (eg the local scenario). But, yes, we'd be removing higher-level docs. However, I can back that commit out for now and keep them around.
If we would like to preserve these docs but still ensure the root domain redirects to https://developer.fermyon.com, we could host them at eg www.fermyon.dev/docs. Though, seeing as the platform on Nomad is no longer supported (and does not function with Spin > 2), I'm not sure how useful it is to continue to host them.
