[FEAT] add ability to adjust swipe sensitivity on the direction vertical to scrolling direction

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I have my page view set up horizontally on an iPhone sometimes i swipe the screen at a 45º angle then the page doesn't scroll

Describe the solution you'd like have an ability to adjust this sensitivity not responding to swipe is a bit annoying
