GUI quits on warning 'no' - process continues

Expected Behavior
With the option to 'confirm when quitting ferdium' checked, exit the process using the 'x' window decoration The warning pops up asking if ferdium should close. Select 'no'. Process resumes as normal.
Actual Behavior
With the option to 'confirm when quitting ferdium' checked, exit the process using the 'x' window decoration The warning pops up asking if ferdium should close. Select 'no'. GUI closes. Process remains active in the background. GUI session cannot be restarted Additional instances start a new process but no GUI. Process(s) must be ended from task manager before restarting the application.

I have task bar persistence turned off. I have open at start up turned off. I have minimize to tray turned off.
