"Loading {service}" modal prevents interaction forbidding finishing to start Matrix.io

Expected Behavior

to be able to click "Continue" whenever Element app of matrix.io complains (I don't know why but it is a separate issue) that it already is in some other window

Actual Behavior

and I can't click "Continue" as I used to be able to... I don't think I upgraded Ferdium in the past days but I do not remember seeing this modal dialog

Steps to reproduce

I guess

• add element/matrix.io service
• may be two of them to cause the warning in one
• observe the modal window appear
