Pinned Toots

Would it be possible to include pinned toots on an account? Preferably with a corresponding tick box. The alternative for me is to embed the pinned toot separately which is less than ideal.

This should be theoretically possible at this point since I moved the project to ActivityPub. If I get the time I might implement this.
