iso9141 OBD connection aborts if Mode 5 is not supported

a weird Nissan ECU (4M860) stops responding and requires a re-connect when Mode 5 results are requested. behavior should be changed to either

  • abort scan when connection fails to resync (01 00) ?
  • re-do init when connection fails to resync ?
