Custom Docker Root dir

https://github.com/fentas/docker-volume-davfs/blob/f927bf30c25505a9ca5996ce1029468d76a58c1e/config.json#L39 assumes that the Docker Root directory is kept default. Mine is moved to an external disk for space reasons, so the volume does not work.

Can this be solved?

Heho, hm not sure. Maybe a merge of upstream will resolve it (also overdue). Besides of this PR is welcome : )
