Needs support for dual sim phones

I've created an IconData class for it here, but it doesn't seem to be working properly.

We need dual sim support to know about the signal strength of other sim also and this awesome status bar will look more awesome 😊

As stated in issue #21, support for signal strength-related functions is moving to TheAndroidMaster/SignalStrengths. Any progress on this feature can be seen via this issue.
