Open/Save Dialogs are Broken on Windows

They work, but file extensions aren't enforced and for some reason they always default to the System32 folder, which is a little annoying.

No clue how to fix this, don't have a windows machine to test on. Feel free to make a PR if anyone knows how to fix it.
