Simplify folder structure

We should rename amulet_app.exe to _amulet_app.exe to bring it to the top of the list when sorting by name 

We currently order all files and directories togther alphabetically. Most people order directories first and files second. Hope this isn’t too hard to implement.

I would find the ability to remove partal downloads from within pkgi useful. Thanks for pkgi.

Id like to be able to mark apps as hidden while in applet mode. There are lots of apps that dont work in applet mode and it would be nice...
