chamfer rail rack and pinion 2mm tool

I'd like to use a 2mm end mill to mill out a rack and pinion. I'm using rack and pinion only fusion 360 files. Could you let me know what parameters I need to change to optimize for a 2mm cutter?

I'd also like to know how to change the number of teeth on the pinion.
