Keyboard shortcut with Windows key does not work

I was able to add a keyboard shortcut to my WSL profile with Win+H, but it does not work.

The windows key is a bit problematic for key bindings. Does it work if you configure a keybinding without it?

What is the keyboard shortcut you're trying to use? Is the key chord conflicting with a Windows default shortcut?

I was trying to use Win+H, which is already used by Windows, yes. But I can do it in ConEmu, when I am in ConEmu it works as expected, when I am using some other app Windows answers to the shortcut.
