Serial COM1 Emulation? Internet Access?

if someone could implement serial port could use windows 95 built in direct cable connection to share internet connection and files I managed todo this with DOSBOX where I had a 2nd pc running windows 98 and shared internet over serial port was tons of fun

@CanadianJeff It is implemented, but this is running a 4-year-old version of v86.
