doc: wrong .net framework dependency in readme

readme says:

[Windows Vista / 7 only] requires .NET Framework 4.5.1 (Currently not installed automatically by this package)

but actually it requires .NET Framework 4.6 : image

windows 7 64bit sp1

Interesting. So it didn't work when you tried to install it having v4.5.1? If you have a moment and wouldn't mind locating a link for this it would be appreciated. I have no idea when/why this would have changed.
