Support Visual Studio 2019

node-gyp 5.0 supported VS2019.

I'm not sure how much effort would be required to update this (it should be straightforward to get the download links, add a parameter, and map the installation switches, but there may be other implications that I'm not aware of), but I'm sure a PR would be appreciated.
