Window Resize or Navigation Font + Cursor Size?

Hi, everything works great on my OS 10.11.6 but I have a problem where the font in the navigation and the cursor size is too small for me to read easily. Part of why I like the old OS is because I'm almost blind and it's much easier to navigate and use for me than modern computers, but if I have this problem it sort of loses its purpose.   1. I can't change my computer resolution because it's already at the point where Mac OSX applications will get cut off the screen and/or not work.

  2. I can't use the screen zoom option in macintosh.js to fix this because then it cuts off part of the working screen. When you need it increased as much as I do, it cuts off a LARGE part. Skärmavbild 2020-09-24 kl 04 40 33 The application window itself is apparently not resizable in general.

  3. Some versions of Mac OS (9?) have an easy option in the settings to increase the font and cursor size, but I can't find that option for OS 8.1. So I tried to open some system files and see if it would be as simple as just finding some numbers and changing them, but it won't let me choose an appropriate application to open them with.

Any help would be appreciated!
