Quiet hours don't working on Windows 10

Hello,

When i call the getDoNotDisturb() function in windows 10, the function always returns false, even if i have quiet hours ON.

In windows 10 the quiet hours feature now it's called Focus assist. Maybe they change some properties and maybe now the windows-quiet-hours module you are using doesn't work properly anymore.

I'm using this on mac and windows. In mac this works with no problems Sorry for my english, I hope you can fix this. Thanks
