Make commit tags for v0.3.3, v0.3.4 and v0.3.5 in repository
Now there is a false impression that the project has not been updated for a long time, since the last release here on GitHub was a year ago. As far as I understand, the reason is that Cargo is now used for delivery (thunk-rs and thunk-cli), but having tags would still be useful. Maybe these links are also worth mentioning in the ReadMe or somewhere. :relieved:
In addition, it may be justified to turn off the "Releases" section here at all, in project page settings.

Neat! Maybe also add https://crates.io/crates/thunk-rs/ as a website link in the project description? And what about tags for three latest versions? They allow for easier navigation between source code revisions. :relaxed:
