Support for Windows 2000?

It is already featured in #17 (e0a4b2f5576029cccae0297463f52ffc4497d7af), so maybe complete that PR somehow or take from there at least?

This would fit well with the already implemented #12.

Hi,

Support for Windows 2000 needs test. As I know, VC-LTL5 olny supports Windows XP later..

Since VS2010, MSVC stopped supporting Windows 2000. It need to use VS2008 or earlier MSVC, or patch the generated executable.
