Request : Add an option for software/tools shelve in the Start page

I want to add tools in the Start page, but adding them as the games in the game shelve is bringing some issue such as the losing the app's focus upon launch due to tracking mode of the Playnite where it suddenly stops tracking and Playnite thinks it stopped so its window get restored. I am requesting here to add an option for new type of shelve which is meant only for tools/softwares so it can just launches the app without any tracking process from the Playnite.
