vscode-php-intellisense language-aware folding for heredoc in funcions problem

I got redirected to you guys. I have realy annoying problem, cuz I cant fold functions if I have heredoc string, cuz folding based on tabulation. https://github.com/Microsoft/vscode/issues/37494

I'm the author of a language that works on top of PHP, that also supports PHP syntax. I used to use TextMate, but I decided to finally write an editor extension to properly color the code, so I figured I'd switch to VSCode and build the extension there to support the larger community. I ran into this issue after only a few minutes. This is a complete roadblock, and is forcing me to abandon VSCode.

@peon501, this kind of impatience is a regular destructor in open source. GitHub has made contributing really better, but overall there is also a lot of noise and some great arrogance happening here and there in these issues. I would wait with this feature for another year... Demotivating great contributions from people like @felixfbecker should be really avoided. Next time hopefully there will be a better more patient and more respectful response.

@peon501 Please keep in mind that everyone who contributes to this project is doing so during their free time. No one gets paid for it and there are a lot of more impactful issues still open.
