Extracting hyperlinks from cells?

Is there any way to extract Excels hyperlinks and not only their names?

An explanation of Excels Hyperlink: HYPERLINK(link_location, [friendly_name]) https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/office/hyperlink-function-333c7ce6-c5ae-4164-9c47-7de9b76f577f?ui=en-US&rs=en-GB&ad=GB

When reading a .xlsx file with hyperlinks as cell values I only get the so called friendly_name. Is there a handy way to get the link_location or do I have to crawl through the xml nodes?
