Disable auto refresh

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I find myself working on multiple projects at once and find the time spent waiting for the first time refresh in a new window kind of frustrating.

Describe the solution you'd like A simple option to disable the auto-refresh of the repositories; in the case only manually choosing to refresh will lead to a refresh.

Describe alternatives you've considered I would be fine with using "open project in new window" that at least saves me the refresh ops but the first one (if i remember what was the first project opened)

Hi @teodorescuserban I've made a change that I was about to publish that will probably help on that.
