Feature description
I propose that a Docker Image is spun for the FoundryVTT Closing Release: https://foundryvtt.com/releases/12.343
Motivation
Many Modules and Game Systems are not yet fully ready for FoundryVTT v13. This means that a great majority of FoundryVTT users can and should stay on v12 for the time being, and there has been a "final" release of v12 that fixes several lingering bugs.

Thanks for opening the issue. I'll try to get a release built tomorrow.
If you want to try out the closing release early you can set the FOUNDRY_VERSION environment variable to 12.343 with the current :12 container.
