钉钉修改配置&为%26加签也不成功

按提供的方法，修改两处secret前的&为%26后，依然报错: app.conf: ddurl=https://oapi.dingtalk.com/robot/send?access_token=xxxxxxx%26secret=SECxxxxxx alertmanager.yaml: webhook_configs:
