disable first-run page

I am using your plugin in a company environment and want to deploy it with the latest firefox esr release (60.1). Is there a way to turn off the first run page which tells you to download the other part to work. It will be deployed side-by-side with firefox and the plugin.

A pref like extensions.localfilesystemlinks.disable_firstrunpage true/false would be nice or even better / additional a policy to make use of the new policy engine for feature versions.

I would also like the feature to disable the first-run page. Is there a chance this feature will be added in near future?

Issue related to #87. I've had a quick look if it's possible to add but I haven't found documentation of how to add and use the policy for configuration of the extension.

I have to do more research on this.
