Add link to install info into extension description and readme.md

At now install info for native apps is too hard to find. All my friends, whom I recommended Local Filesystem Links, don't see it after install, so I point to it manually.

So please add this manual to some webpage and place links to it into extension description on AMO, and in readme.md file too.
