How can I install the helper app?

The plugin worked properly with the earlier Firefox in my environment, and I liked it.

Now I have Firefox 59.0.2 on Windows 7 professional, and the plugin doesn't work. When I click the link, it shows a error popup in which it says we need a helper application to install, but I don't know how to install the helper apps. So I checked the help description in add-on bar, but it simply saids that "The details are explained in a first-run dialog when you install the addon." I'm not sure I saw the dialog when I install the addon.

Please give me a help. Thank you.

Please have a look at issue #103. I've added an installation guide there.

If you're having any problems to install the app, please let me know.

It still not working for me. same exact error.

Do you have a virus scanner active that could block the native app?

I've had a similar problem with AntiVir and filed a false-positive report which fixed the problem.
