Build a binary

Just a suggestion, it would be useful to have a binary working on Android too, even if from command line. Having to use the decoder from a computer is not convenient at all. I have tried java emulators but to no avail.

P.S.: your decoder works on a Samsung Galaxy S10+'s cscfeature.xml with Android 9 as of today.
